1. If you could
co-write with any author who would it be? If you have who was it with?
Oooh hard choice! Jay Crownover. I love that chick and
everything she writes.
2. Did you always want
to be an author? If no, what did you want to be?
I've always written stories, but no, I never considered
being an author as a career choice except when I was little. I wanted to be a
hairdresser or a photographer.
3. When getting ready
to start writing a new book, what is your process?
I have notebooks filled with ideas I've been inspired to jot
down. Sometimes something will stick out and grow in the back of my mind until
I focus and write down as much of it as I can. I flesh out the characters and set
out a rough plot, then the story just grows from there.
4. What is your
favorite book to date and why?
I can't possibly pick just one!
But if I must life or death it, I'll pick Seduction and
Snacks by Tara Sivec. I'm always up for a laugh and no matter how many times
I've read it, that series still gets me laughing.
5. What is one thing
you would like readers to know about you?
I'm a bit of an introvert and not good at talking about
myself, but I have a Facebook page where I share my news, favorite and current

3 Excerpt
~Aela~
My lungs and legs start to burn with
exhaustion, but I ignore it as I push to finish my last couple of kilometres on
the treadmill. So I turn the music up that’s already blaring in my headphones
for motivation.
I recheck the reflection in the window in
vain and try to ignore the pang of disappointment when the view of the weight
room is still the same—which is ridiculous. How can you miss someone you don’t
even know?
There’s sudden movement beside me, and I
startle, stumble and barely manage to save myself from face planting onto the
treadmill. I glare at Kara, who had just appeared out of nowhere on my left.
“What the hell are you trying to do, kill
me?” I gasp as I rip my headphones from my head. She laughs hysterically, bent
over clutching her stomach, which draws the attention of everyone around us.
“Your face… priceless. Oh, my God. I can’t
breathe,” Kara gasps through her laughter while I turn off the now
life-threatening machine as I wait for her to stop.
I deepen my glare.
“You’re a total bitch. What are you even
doing down here?” I ask when she finally straightens, her laugh turning into a
quiet giggle as she tries to control it.
“I thought I’d take advantage of the
resident’s discount and come see what you were doing.

Ash Hosking is an admitted daydreamer and
hopeless romantic with a dirty mind from the Gold Coast, Australia.
She lives with her sweet husband and adorable
furbaby, Prim, who loves to snuggle on Ash’s lap to keep her from getting
anything done.
